For Lash Extension Appointments

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (avoiding the $15 cleaning fee)
• Skip mascara, eyeliner, and eye cream on the day of your appointment
• Avoid caffeine right before your visit — it can cause eye fluttering, which slows the application
• If you wear contacts, bring your glasses instead; contacts can be uncomfortable during the service
• Come alone if possible — our studio is private, and extra guests can extend appointment time
• Let us know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or eye conditions (covered in your consent form)

For Facial Appointments

• Arrive with a clean face, free of heavy makeup
• Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or chemical peels for 48 hours before your appointment
• Skip retinol or exfoliating products the night before
• Stay hydrated — well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment

For Everyone

• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened service due to our 45-minute appointment buffer
• Your 50% deposit must be received before your appointment is confirmed
• Message us on WhatsApp if anything comes up — we're happy to help reschedule when needed
